Beefalo snack sticks!

Mid Mo Beefalo is a family-owned farm located in Nelson, Missouri (Saline County). Run by Mark and Diane Borgman, the operation specializes in raising and selling grass-fed, grass-finished American Beefalo.

Beefalo is a regulated USDA hybrid breed combining 3/8 American Bison and 5/8 domestic cattle, yielding meat that is significantly leaner, lower in cholesterol, and higher in protein than conventional beef.

And it’s super delicious!!!!
