This week, we started up with our new intern from Innovate for Maine, the robust matchmaking program that pairs you with Maine student. (aka Elliot), will be with us all summer to help craft the Harvest Maine story. Follow along.

Our first day was with Frank at Giles Farm in Alfred- one of the oldest apple farms in Maine and our source for apple pomace.
