Draft list was starting to get a bit...weird. Back to basics! Mochi Rice Lager is a Japanese style rice lager that has Mochi cakes added direct to the mash (resulting a slightly cloudier appearance). The result is a crisp, clean and refreshing pilsner-like lager that pours particularly smooth on our side-pull.
