I’ve been experimenting with something new, and I’m so excited to finally share these!

Zephyr flowers! 🌸

They’re a light, fluffy, fruit-based treat that’s somewhere between a marshmallow and a meringue. Each flower is piped by hand, and yes, the whole thing is edible!

They’re perfect for gifts, special occasions, or just because. And unlike real flowers, these are meant to be eaten!
