Our First Ever Eucalyptus Harvest!

A little farm milestone worth celebrating! We harvested our very first eucalyptus here at Brush Creek Farm, and I couldn’t be more excited! 💚

This year, we decided to trial a few different varieties of eucalyptus just for personal use to see how they would grow here on the farm. It’s been so rewarding watching these little plants grow into beautiful stems ready for harvest!

While this year’s harvest was small, we have BIG plans for next season! We can’t wait to grow an abundance of eucalyptus to incorporate into our farm-grown bouquets and share with all of you! 🌱💐

There’s always something new to learn when farming, and that’s part of what makes this journey so special!
