Do you have trouble with your parasympathetic nervous system? I have noticed mine has been out of wack so I tried this with AMAZING results!
Each night for the past 2 weeks, I've put a few drops of this mixture - fractionated coconut oil and frankincense - behind each ear over the mastoid bone.

Frankincense has a ton of anti inflammatory and neuro-modulating properties so it makes sense that it works to help calm the parasympathetic nervous system.
