Marchant’s Venison Processing is accepting deer for the season! Deer can be dropped off after they are field dressed at 9420 Cemetery Road in Brussels.

$130 to skin, cut, and wrap.

We also offer:

Hamburger Grinding
Summer Sausage
Snack Sticks
Jerky
Hot Dogs
Bacon
…And Much More!

Need your trophy caped for a shoulder mount? No problem!

We also have a 24/7 self check-in, so you can drop off your deer at any time and get it in the cooler ASAP. Our drop-off area is monitored for added security. 📸

🦌 Door County was down 9.38% during the 9-day gun-deer hunt year to date. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources released their preliminary data this morning and Door County saw 2,221 registered deer harvested this year compared to 2,451 last year.

Door County took 1,079 bucks and 1,142 does in ‘25.

In 2024, Door County saw 1,153 bucks and 1,298 does registered.

Kewaunee County had a total of 1,629 deer registered this year including 716 bucks and 913 does.

We have lots of options for your venison! Some of the most popular choices are summer sausage, snack sticks, jerky, hot dogs, bologna, bacon, burger, and more!

Stick flavors- Mild, hot, cheddar jalapeño, honey bbq, kickin’ bourbon.

Jerky flavors- Original, Teriyaki, Sweet and Hot.

Summer sausage- Original, garlic, cheddar, cheddar jalapeño.

Over 60 flavors of brats.

We saw some pretty nice ones with opening day today! Our normal operating hours for deer drop off during gun season are 8-6. We are closed on Thanksgiving. 9420 Cemetery Road Brussels
