We’re excited to officially share our 2026 Music on the Maple summer lineup, featuring an incredible season of local talent, riverside views, great food, and live music on Wednesday evenings.

Summer evenings are back at Trovato. ✨

Starting tomorrow, we’re extending our hours and welcoming you in Tuesday through Saturday from 5 PM to 9 PM.

Along with our summer schedule, you’ll find fresh seasonal menu features, handcrafted cocktails, and the river views you know and love.

And there’s more to come. Music on the Maple returns Wednesday, and we’ll be announcing this season’s lineup later this week. Stay tuned.

What an incredible evening.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Grillin’ Amore, our Cakebread Wine Dinner at Trovato.

From live-fire cooking along the Maple River to thoughtfully curated wine pairings from Cakebread Cellars, the evening was everything we hoped it would be and more. We are grateful to Chef Dean, Great Lakes Wine & Spirits, Ted Ross, and every guest who spent the evening with us.

There is something special about gathering around great food, exceptional wine, and good company along the banks of the Maple River.

Thank you for making Grillin’ Amore such a memorable night. We can’t wait to share more unique dining experiences with you soon.

This past winter, Chef Dean traveled to Florida to compete against 30 talented competitors in a grilling competition, bringing home: 1st Place in Beef 2nd Place in Chicken & 3rd Place in Pork

The techniques, flavors, and passion that earned those awards helped inspire Grillin’ Amore, our upcoming Cakebread Wine Dinner. From expertly prepared meats to thoughtful wine pairings and elevated summer flavors, this menu is a reflection of Chef Dean’s love for cooking over fire.

The moment we’ve been waiting for… the menu is here.

We’re so excited to finally share the details for Grillin’ Amore, our upcoming Cakebread Wine Dinner at Trovato. Thoughtfully curated wines, live-fire cooking, seasonal flavors, and an elevated summer atmosphere all come together for one unforgettable evening.

Hosted by Chef Dean alongside Great Lakes Wine & Spirits and Ted Ross of Cakebread Cellars, this five-course experience was designed to be shared, savored, and remembered.
