✔ No Payment = No Order.
✔ We accept Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
✔ Orders are processed only after payment is received.

📝 CUSTOM ORDERS
✔ Custom orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
✔️ Last-Minute Requests: Orders placed with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a rush fee.
✔ Large event orders may require additional notice.
✔ Availability is not guaranteed until payment is received.

🚗 PICKUP & DELIVERY
✔ Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.
✔ Delivery is available in the Bryan/College Station area.
✔ Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size.

❌ CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
✔ Orders canceled within 24 hours will receive only a partial refund.
✔ No refunds will be issued once food or beverages have been prepared.
✔ Any issues with your order must be reported within 24 hours.

🎉 EVENT BOOKINGS
✔ A deposit is required for large event orders.
✔ Deposits are non-refundable.
✔ Deposits may be transferred to a new date if approved in advance.
