We are selling our Pasteurizer - $10,000 JB Precision pasteurizer, 15 Gallon, We purchased this unit new and have used it for 9 years as a cheese and yogurt vat also for Retail Bottled Dairy Goats Milk. Has Leak Detecting Valve and Headspace heater with Dual Pen Recording Chart. Works Beautifully.

It is with sadness that we are closing all food production at the end of this week.
We have been a licensed Raw Milk Dairy for nearly 19 years and a Cheese and Yogurt producer for 17 years. We developed our business by initially generating the milk from our own herd and using it to make the value added products. We then marketed and delivered everything to Houston, Bryan, and Austin. Eventually we transitioned to buying milk from quality producers so that more time could be freed up for production and delivery. Our problem is that a couple of years ago we had three producers but now there is only one. The others quit because of complicated life issues. We are not as young as before and feel that the option for acquiring a large herd of goats (probably 500) and milking again is not practical.
We are extremely thankful to all of our customers over the years. It has been a joy to serve you by pouring our lives into generating the best product we could.

After this week we will have some equipment to sell. Specifically a JayBee Precision 15gal Pasteurizer and an Isuzu NPR with a 12' Refrigerated box. I will also entertain offers on buying our WaterOak brand. Message with any inquiries.

Our Toggenberg cross doe Helga and her three, also born today. Both momma goats decided to wait til I went to town to pop out triplets. 11 kids born, 11 bucks!

Two more birthed in the woods! Mom and Grandma were there. Grandma was taking over the job of tending the kids. I guess she thought her daughter needed some mommy lessons!

Our doe Nebula gave birth to triplet bucks this morning. I'm glad she had them before the real heat set in! All babies seem to be doing well!
