Last year we dehydrated and ground all our hot peppers that we harvested including jalapeño, cayenne, habanero, and carolina reaper peppers. We can now take this powder and make our own hot sauce when we need it instead of trying to store a bunch of hot sauce.

Some of our bunnies from our meat production program! These are Flemish giant/New Zealand/harlequin. We mix Flemish and New Zealand for bigger size we threw the harlequin in for the markings for their hides.
