Here’s a look into harvesting wheatlage and all that goes into it! Mow, Tedder, Rake, Bale… repeat😅 Beat the rain with this field but more to come soon! Hard work that comes with great views. We’ll have some happy cows that’s for sure.

ICE ICE BABY ❄️🧊☃️

All this cold weather has the girls extra hungry. Full bellies is the best way for cows to stay healthy and warm in conditions like these. We have kept hay rings full, bunks filled with grain, water busted, and cover open for the herd.

Though weather like this can be challenging and demanding, we have an obligation to care for our herd and supply them with everything they need. Appreciate everything you are given, even on those harder days.

Stay safe and warm out there everyone. 🫶🏽❄️

CALM BEFORE THE STORM❄️🌨️

Yesterday we spent the day filling feed bunks and hay rings to prepare for the week to come. Everybody has a full, warm belly. Good thing hay don’t come from Walmart or we’d be out of luck!!!
Stay safe and warm out there, and have a little fun!

The 2025 SELECT HEIFER SALE will start at 1:00pm CST TODAY (12/13/25)! Come early and pick your favorites before sale time. A BBQ lunch will be served starting at 12:00. You can find us at the Ray & Wilma Smith Livestock Center at 150 Campus Rd. Martin, TN.
