I am still processing, but 3 days ago I got stung, and went anaphylactic. I now have to carry an Epi Pen with me everywhere. This has brought me to the reality, that I have to give up something I love very much. I have to give up my garden. I have done nothing the last few days, but google possible solutions. None that are satisfying are to be found. I have so many herbs, and perennials, that I will need to remove. I really want these things to go to places where someone will love them. I am at a loss. There are so many, and I am unable to dig them up. Some of these things I have had for a very long time like the rose bush that is at least 15 years old. I know my plants are just "things', and in the grand scheme, not so important. They are, and were a big part of my life, and a big part of how I saw myself. I am going to give myself some time, but saying good bye is hard. If you know of anyone who will love my plants, let me know.
