Update on how the grapes are growing: The first photo shows the clusters maturing. The second photo is a closer look at one of the clusters from that photo. What appears to be grapes ripening is actually the beginning of a fungus caused by high humidity. We’re hopeful we will still have a successful season, but we will post updates as we get closer to Upick harvest.

So it’s been a while since the last post but time marches on. We finished pruning by the middle of April, and clusters began forming shortly after. We have had frosts and freezing but didn’t have too much damage from that so hopefully things will stay stable during this growing season. Today was mowing so unfortunately all the buttercup flowers had to go. We are looking forward to warmer weather!
