What a wonderful week spent in Tryon 💐

Ariadne Turlington & Golden Boy won the Challenge with a score of 82! Also several top placing in the long stirrup

Scarlett Kelly & Stonegate Raindrop competed in the Pony Derby for the first time winning 7th and in the top of the class in the Greens!

Marlee Christian competed in leadline in the grand stadium and of course won over everyone’s hearts!

Hannah Christian and Easy Nice Du Park put I. Solid rounds at the 1m Armature all week!

Polly marched around the 1.10m like a pro with Ashley each day!

We can’t wait to come back in June!!!

Our sweet one eyed wonder took his last breath last night after 26 wonderful years. Ozzy taught at SSF the past 6 years. We are so thankful for our time with him. He was one of the best & cutest 💙💔

Please comment your photos with our sweet Oz and all the blues he helped kids win over the years!! 💙 🏆 he is already so deeply missed.

WEC never disappoints! Truly a world class facility we are lucky enough to show with! Amazing horses and riders all week representing SSF with class 🖤

☀️ Hannah Christian & Easy Nice du Park earned ribbons in the top 10 at the 1m out of 40+ riders!

☀️ Grace Kanavage & Kathmandu KG also placed in the top 10 at the 1m out of 40+ riders!

☀️ Alex Lefholz & Betty’s Bullet placed in the .80s - fast and clean!

☀️ Polly jumped clean in the 1.10m with ease!

☀️ Omnific Etc didn’t blink an eye at the 1.20-25 and is ready for more!

First local show of 2026 in the books! ☑️
A lot of new pairs entering the show arena together for the first time!

Everyone represented SSF well! 🩶

🏆 Cora Kelly & Magic Carpet Ride started off the weekend with a WIN in the $500 Derby Friday night! They also kicked off Saturday morning winning the $250 Barrow Vet Handy Hunter!

🏆 Mazey Johnson and Ciceros Boy Z winning Reserve Champion in the Hopeful Hunters winning the hack! They were also Reserve Champions in Pre-Green Eq and Ciceros Boy Z winning Reserve Champion with Ashley in the Schooling Hunter.

🏆 Landon Dunn & Superstition first time out together with a WIN $500 mini Prix!! Along with two 3rds in both $250 .80 classes!

🏆 Chelsea Polk competed for the first time ever winning a 1st place in mini hunter on Alice in Wonderland along with placing in other classes.

🏆 Scarlett Kelly took small sale pony, Cookie, around the show for her first time winning a few ribbons!

🏆 Ariadne Turlington competed Golden Boy for the first time and earned several ribbons!

🏆 Sarah Long and Oz Walks on Wind won Champion in BOTH mini hunter & mini equitation!

🏆 Whitley Taylor competed for her first time ever on Oz Walks on Wind and earned several ribbons!

🏆 Madeline Baldwin competed in the jumpers for the first time on Cori S. Lovely mare, Lena, and had a blast!

🏆 Bailey Sides and Simply Sweet were Short Stirrup Hunter Champions!

🏆 Ellen Murray and Duncan marched around the 2’ with ease and confidence winning 3rds!

🎉 HUGE Congratulations 🎉 to Scarlett Kelly and Stonegate Raindrop, owned by Jessica Moseley, on qualifying for Pony Finals 2026 in the Small Green Pony division! Scarlett & Louisa have been working towards this goal for over a year and we can’t wait to see what they bring in August!

MAGIC CARPET RIDE 🖤

Winston has been a part of SSF since 2017 and has fulfilled SO many roles.
Need a walk trot horse? Winston can do it.
Want to jump around the Large pony division? Winston will do it.
Need an IEA horse? Winston can do it.
Want to show in Tryon? Winston can do it.
Jumpers in Tryon too? Don’t worry. Winston can do that too.
Trail ride to the river packed down with noodles strapped to an inexperienced rider? Winston is your guy!
When he’s not trying to yank you over his head (😅😆) he has a heart of gold! 💛 He is steady, gentle, dependable, loving, and so kind. As much as he doesn’t want to admit it - he loves his job & he always wins the blues.

We LOVE our Winston and he has made countless dreams come true.
