BONE BROTH LABELING FACTS
A client of mine showed me a label of a very sought out bone broth company who has a shelf stable product and ships. I have to say, their FB and IG ads are awesome, but I’m so dissapointed because real bone broth has a percentage of fat in them. These labels indicated 0 fat which indicates, they are chemicaly derived. For those of you who make bone broth and skim it, you know there’s no way of getting rid of the fat 100%. So, please read your labels. The Department of Agriculture, FDA and I had a series of 6 months to understand bone marrow better and how I could label it correctly.
