This Saturday April 12th will be our first week back at the Salado Farmers Market hosted at Barrow Brewing Company

Over the winter months we built a new "chicken schooner" as pictured below.

We have LAMB back in stock, as well as pasture raised chicken, chicken eggs and DUCK eggs.

Ciabatta bread, handmade soap and some kale should round out our offerings for the week. Hope to see you there.

The Salado market will be set up a little differently tomorrow so we won't be in our usual spot. We will be down the cul-de-sac and to the left under the trees.

Due to the amazing support that we have received from so many of you (with the exception of organ meats) we have SOLD OUT of both Lamb and chicken. Clearly we will need to increase our stock for next year.

We have many plans underway to increase the produce that we bring to the market and have begun construction of new self-wicking raised beds. More to come on these with pictures in the future.

We won't be at the market Saturday July 13th.

Instead we will be preparing for a special 90th birthday party and spending time with family and friends.

We will be back on Saturday the 20th and look forward to seeing you then.

The garden is slowly coming in, we will have zucchini and beets for sure tomorrow.

I roasted a chicken this week using Willie Pete from Grill Your Ass OFF also at the market each week. Highly recommend!
