I love it when the team gets excited about the work they have done making the store look gorgeous for you.

We recieved a fresh load of local pumpkins from McMillin Farm Collective today and the team
Is going crazy with merchandising ❤️🎃

For our pumpkins we recieved a different variety than last delivery.

Dickinson - Really good for both carving and making pies from. It’s supposed to taste better than the others

Pil-A-Pie - pie pumpkins that can also be decor or carved

We would love for you to swing by and check out our “punkin” selection! Maybe buy a bunch of groceries too????? Mmmmmmmmmmkay 😅

Let’s chat about food safety

In today’s toddler adventures our now 3 year old Andie Marie decided to wash her own apple….. in the bathroom sink and then proceed to dry it with toilet paper before storing said apple on the floor next to the toilet.

Sigh…. Right intention wrong approach.

The store is bright beautiful for the weekend! Come on in and see what’s fresh!

*Only 1 Rainier Fresh Apple was harmed in the making of this Facebook post and all bathroom activities took place outside of the store in a personal residence 😭🙃

It’s October 2nd today and our youngests 3rd birthday!

She woke up at 4am, found her presents and promptly destroyed the house. She then asked for meatballs, mochi and Oreos for breakfast……. I’m a sucker.

We heard that the store was for sale when Andie was only 3 1/2 weeks old. You all have no idea the craziness that ensued when Rachel and I spoke about buying the only grocery store in the town. It felt like a happy obligation, and we felt that we had to do it. It wasn’t really so much that we chose to do this as we saw a need and they need chose us. The fact that we had an infant was just a cherry on top of the whole thing.

October is always an interesting month for our family and we are excited about finally being in Halloween season! We are excited about Seahawks football! We are excited about pumpkin and corn stocks and crisp weather and fall leaves!

Let’s just hope gas prices settle down. This is ridiculous. 🙄
