Steve's "Hot" Smoked Cheese & Salmon Awarded "Best Smoked Salmon" in the Pacific NW 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 Owner/Founder Steve Shindle, aka Smurf, has been "hot" smoking for 48 years.

Each piece of cheese and salmon is carefully hand cut and smoked in an all western cedar smokehouse over a blend of 3 different hardwoods. The cheese is rotated allowing the smoke to pe*****te into the center. The salmon is always fresh, never frozen. Our products are Gluten free.
