Our father started making maple syrup back on his father’s, George Lucius’, homestead in the 1970s. In 1994 we began making syrup in our own modern facility, located in Central Ohio in beautiful Crawford County. Lucius Maple Syrup has approximately 1200 taps across 20 wooded acres. We provide high quality maple syrup and products for public and wholesale market.

As for the maple syrup our season was good, we always want to make more but happy with what we made. We have plenty of maple syrup left if you still need some.

We're kicking off the 2024 season with our first Boil! We collected all week and stored the sap to today. We have 1700 gallon of sap to boil down today! Neat fact the evaporator is 5x14 in size and hold 200 gallons of sap just to fill the pan.
