We worked hard on this beautiful weekend getting these bull calves moved into their first group. This is their transition housing before moving them into the barn. This way they can get accustomed to cohabitation.

Happy September, guys! These boys aren’t enjoying the start of a new month as much as I am because most of them are getting weaned off of milk. Let me tell ya, they are awfully vocal about not getting their morning bottles. Check out this boy enjoying one of his last bottles. He is a limo cross, and he pulls a beautiful red color.

Our calves love fresh bedding and we love seeing them happy. Shavings are a great alternative to straw, especially in this summer heat. This limousin cross is having the time of his life.
