2026 Judge Announcement
We are very excited to announce Dane Robertson of Rensselaer, Indiana as our judge for this years Battleground Jackpot Show! Dane is one of the great young minds in the show pig world and is on a fast track rise becoming one of the best evaluators & judges across the country! Serving as a full time herdsman for one of the hottest firms in America, TRU Genetics… Dane is surrounded by some of the best stock in the country on a daily basis and knows exactly what it takes to be a great one at all stages of the game. We are pumped up to Dane make the trip down to Lockhart, Texas to evaluate the hogs and work with our young exhibitors.

Make plans to join us Sunday November 1st in Lockhart, Texas

Entries and trailer spots will be available starting Monday October 5th.

2026 Judge Announcement!
We couldn’t be more excited to introduce David Korb of Oxford, Ohio as this year’s judge for The Showcase! David has had the opportunity to step into some of the biggest show rings across the country and call the shots, including the Daddy of em all “San Antonio!” We can’t thank David enough for agreeing to make the trip down to Lockhart, Texas to sort the hogs and work with our young exhibitors.

Be sure to make plans to join us in Lockhart for our 5th edition of The Showcase!

Thank you’s are never enough! We are so grateful for The Buda Lions Clubs and their continuous support of The Showcase. As one of our biggest supporters since the very beginning we can’t thank them enough the impact they have had in the success of our mission of helping the 4H & FFA Youth of Texas! Thank you Buda Lions Club for everything you do for not only The Showcase but the wonderful impact you have on our entire community!

Barn opens this weekend with a really deep set of Chesters and Yorks that will be available first! These pigs are out of Secret Sauce, Great White, Slow Burn, and Cold Cut. We’ll keep everyone updated as we continue setting more pigs down.
