Every year I get people asking about leg problems. I am not a vet but have over sixty years experience breeding small horses. I post this picture to encourage you not to panic if you have a leg problem. I have found that in most instances leave them alone and let nature take it's course. This one was lucky and straightened up without intervention in just six days. Others have taken six months, but most times if I try to "help" I just make it worse. After I post this I get some saying that they or their vet advised to "put it down." I say, time will tell. Mister Twister.
