About Us
Chef Tom has been in food service for 34 years, employed for the last 21 of them by the same company. He and his wife, Michele, started their own catering company two and a half years ago in order to make ends meet ( they have four children!!) Chef Tom is serve safe certified for the last 15 years. (NSF sanitation and safe practices)
Sullivan Catering works out of an inspected kitchen a

t their local firehouse. They have done over 80 parties with satisfied customers. They live in Budd Lake and can cater your event wherever you like. They do travel! Your options are plenty with Sullivan Catering. We provide buffet service or full table service. You can choose a package or build a menu from scratch. We want your event to be what YOU want it be! Michele's Bistro sent out the corporate menus for today's lunch delivery service. If you are in the Mt. Olive or the surrounding areas and didn't get an email, but would like one, just post here or message us and we will shoot one over to you. We are asking for orders to be in for today by 10:30am. We also are providing dinners to order at lunchtime so nobody has to cook on Halloween night.
