My sparkling Chenin Blanc was bottled at the beginning of Fall Equinox Sept. 22nd @ 8:05pm!

What a night we had! I couldn’t have done it without my lovely crew, Colin & Daniel. Such good vibes, laughter and a few Magic Hours consumed along the way.

My dream is now bottled and my heart couldn’t be happier this morning! 💞💞✨✨

Last week we brought in the Grüner for our beloved Magic Hour Orange. 50% of the blend.

🍊 The Grüner was ready to go however the Vermentino from the same site still has a bit to go!

Hopefully not long after this 100+ degree weather we are experiencing this week! 🥵🥵

Ever since we started Marbeso, I (Hannah) have dreamt of making a sparkling.

Dreams are becoming reality today as I am pressing off these gorgeous grapes. ✨✨

Thankful for the 23 years of friendship and wisdom with this legend . Our birth in the w**e industry started together, and here is the 6th vintage of beautiful Pinot Noir martini clone from Ascona Vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Love ya mate. Poppy hopes you find your marbles soon 🙆‍♂️🤙💥

Kicking off 2025 harvest with the first fruit in the house! A new vineyard from Santa Lucia Highlands AVA. Almost 30 year old Chardonnay vines. Organically farmed. Planted in sandy loam. Searing vivacious acidity!! ⚡️
