Walnut Crusted Fish

Rub fish with La Nogalera Walnut Oil, place in baking pan. In food processor grind enough walnuts to cover top of fish with half that amount Parmesan and a handful of fresh herbs of your choice and salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Use, if you prefer, crust on roasted veggies or other meats. Bake the fish at about 400 degrees approximately 20 minutes. Option: double the recipe to completely wrap fish. Use Rancho La Viña Walnuts!
