I can’t believe we’re saying this, but we picked the last of our red grapes this morning. Last year, harvest stretched well into late October.

Growing a wide range of varietals usually spaces out our season over several months, but this year has been a sprint: we’ll have harvested 90% of our fruit in just five weeks. Our tiny team has already hauled in a massive 100 tons in record time.

We’re not done yet! Next week, we’re bringing in Grenache Blanc and Vermentino, leaving just our late harvest Viognier left to go.

Harvest Update!🍇 We’re already a third of the way done—and it’s not even September yet!

Our Pinot Noir is fermenting, Chardonnay was picked this week, and Albariño and Viognier are up next. Working with so many varieties spreads out cellar work and keeps Adrian non-stop busy all harvest long.
