Founded in 2005, Lompoc-based Pali Wine Co. Tasting room locations in San Diego, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Anaheim, and Lompoc.

is dedicated to producing small lots of artisan, vineyard-designate Pinot Noir and appellation-specific Pinot Noir cuvées from some of the finest vineyards on the West Coast.

Harvest 2026 is moving fast. Across Santa Barbara County, this is shaping up to be one of the earliest harvests anyone can remember, and the Sta. Rita Hills are no exception. Yields are very light this year, but the fruit coming into the winery has been clean, healthy, and full of promise.⁠
⁠
We’ve already brought in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Dornfelder and more from Pali Vineyard, with Gamay, Syrah and plenty of other exciting lots still to come. There may not be much of the 2026 vintage, but so far, there’s a lot to be excited about.

Our San Diego tasting room’s opening was terrific ✔️⁠

We had a blast pouring tastings and glasses, sharing our new kitchen menu, and deviting our Frozé (available in rouge or blanc 😊)

Happy birthday to Aaron, our winemaker, our Director of Winemaking Operations, and the person responsible for an enormous amount of what’s in your glass at Pali.

Aaron has been with us nearly from the beginning, growing from cellar hand to leading our winemaking program and helping shape the wines into what they are today. His fingerprints are all over Pali. You can taste it in the style and the restraint. He’s down with our experimentation and constantly pushes to get better.

He’s also just a great person to work with, which matters just as much.

Happy birthday, Aaron. We’re very lucky to have you and very happy you make such damn good wine. 🍷

Our annual release of six limited, one-time wines where the artwork comes first.⁠

This year’s theme: Tattoos. Artwork by Indigo Hansen inspired a lineup that includes our first-ever rosé of Dornfelder, whole cluster Gewürztraminer, co-ferments, and a few other surprises from the cellar.⁠
⁠
We only make enough of these wines to supply our wine club. A few extra bottles make it to our tasting rooms to pour and sell for a day or two.⁠

And yes, we made temporary tattoos with the artwork too.⁠
