Founded in 2005, Lompoc-based Pali Wine Co. Tasting room locations in San Diego, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Anaheim, and Lompoc.

is dedicated to producing small lots of artisan, vineyard-designate Pinot Noir and appellation-specific Pinot Noir cuvées from some of the finest vineyards on the West Coast.

Aaron checking in from the vineyard today. The cover crop is tall, green, and thriving after winter rains. It’s part of how we farm organically and build healthier soils each year.

Bud break is just beginning to show across the vines, the first step of the 2026 growing season. From here, everything starts moving quickly.
