Food and wine have always been tied to memory for me.

A recipe can bring you back to a place, a person, a season, or a table you never wanted to leave.

Starting off June the way I love most, with a glass poured, a table nearby, and a little time to enjoy the moment.

For me, wine has always been part of the way we gather.

It does not need to be complicated.

It can be as simple as a bottle opened outside, a few glasses passed around, and the kind of conversation that lingers longer than expected.
