when I was planning my comeback, I had always envisioned creating two boxes highlighting my identity as an Asian-American pastry chef~ an east meets west concept that felt true to who I am. at my first pop-up I only had the capacity to make 4 flavors, but with every event since then I’ve slowly been building toward this. I think I’m finally ready, so for my first ever market I’m bringing 8 mini entremet flavors at once!

4-piece kits:
East Dessert Kit: triple matcha, hojimisu, summer in taipei (guava lychee inspired by LITTLE OX COFFEE), osmanthus vanilla panna cotta
West Dessert Kit: peanut butter crunch, biscoff crunch, salted vanilla latte, s’mores

2-piece duos sold separately:
Cha Duo: triple matcha + hojimisu
Fresh Duo: summer in taipei + osmanthus vanilla panna cotta
Crunch Duo: pb crunch + biscoff
Toasty Duo: salted vanilla latte + s’mores

please note that desserts may look slightly different from photos as we continue to refine our recipes. really happy with how the Summer in Taipei turned out this time around!

milkstache studios is celebrating LITTLE OX COFFEE 3rd anniversary with a dessert box inspired by their signature drinks! each new flavor was created with their menu in mind and i’m really happy with how these turned out :)

☕️ salted vanilla cream latte: coffee crémeux, milk chocolate pretzel crunch, salted vanilla mousse
🌸 summer in taipei: guava mousse, lychee namelaka, lychee gelée, guava lime jam
🍵 okumidori triple matcha: okumidori matcha namelaka, mousse, and glaze
🥭 mango yuzu: mango mousse, yuzu cremeux, yuzu sponge soak

pop-up is tuesday 7/22 at LITTLE OX COFFEE from 9am–2pm! pre-orders open now~ Hotplate link in bio. walk-ins welcome while supplies last~

we will be offering the morning duo (salted vanilla cream latte + triple matcha), summer duo (summer in Taipei + mango yuzu), and full kits (all 4)!

can’t make it to little ox? We will also offer 5-7pm pickup in City of Industry!

milkstache studios is popping up at Morning Lavender Cafe this saturday 7/11 from 10am–12pm in celebration of national lavender day!! 💜

here’s what’s in the box:
- mixed berry lavender: lavender mousse, mixed berry compote, mascarpone whipped cream, sablé
- lavender s’mores: lavender chocolate crémeux, lavender marshmallow, brown butter graham cracker crumble, sablé
- biscoff cookie butter mousse: cookie butter mousse, biscoff cookie insert, caramelized white chocolate glaze

strawberry matcha, cookie butter crunch, hojimisu, sweet corn panna cotta… these are all flavors i’ve always wanted to try but never felt brave enough to actually make until now! i’m pretty happy with how these turned out and i can’t wait for you to taste them! 🙂
