This creamy-looking Carrot Soup is actually made without cream — just simple ingredients, blended until perfectly smooth and delicious. 🤍

🥕 Carrot Soup
• Carrots
• Onion + garlic
• Vegetable or chicken broth
• A little olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• Your favorite herbs

Sauté the onion and garlic, add the carrots and broth, and simmer until the carrots are tender. Blend until smooth, and that’s it! 🥣✨

Want it extra creamy? Add a little cream to the whole pot, or just drizzle some on top, like we did here. 😋
