Discover a selection of standout wines from VOS BOURGOGNE SELECTIONS.
Our Bourgogne portfolio offers a refined range of appellations, styles, and price points, each reflecting the nuance and diversity of this remarkable region. I’m pleased to spotlight a few wines that particularly stand out.
From top to bottom:
Domaine Bernard Moreau, Bourgogne Rouge 2022 — Pinot Noir from Mâcon-Mancey, grown on east-facing hillside parcels and Les Cras, with vines averaging 25 years old and élevage in mostly neutral 228L barrels.
Domaine Thomas, Saint-Véran “Maison Rouge” V.V. 2022 — From a single lieu-dit on a southwest-facing hillside, with Jurassic clay and chalk soils and Chardonnay vines averaging 80 years old.
Corinne et Jean-Pierre Grossot, Chablis 1er Cru “Vaucoupin” 2018 — Organic Chardonnay from a steep south-facing slope in Chichée, planted to 50-year-old vines and stewarded by multiple generations of the Grossot family.
Domaine Huber-Verdereau, Monthélie “La Combe Danay” 2020 — Pinot Noir from organically and biodynamically farmed, single Lieu Dit, aged on lees for 10 months in a mix of barrel sizes without racking.
Domaine Lebreuil, Savigny-lès-Beaune 2023 — Third-generation, Pinot Noir From HVE and biodynamic farmed, fermented with native yeast and aged on lees for 12 months in oak, 10% new.
Domaine des Parettes-, Frédéric Touzot, Mâcon Villages V.V. 2023 — Chardonnay from 30-year-old vines in clay-limestone soils with white marl, fermented partly in tank and partly in barrel.
Samples are available exclusively to wine professionals in Western New York and the Finger Lakes.

Bonne Dégustation!
My name is Roydon, and I’m the person behind Bonne Dégustation — which roughly means “good tasting” in French. Since it could be a bit of a mouthful, I decided to make it shorter. “Bondegusta!”
Bonne Dégustation was born during my time at , where I started a tasting group and hosted wine classes. What began as a passion project has grown into a brand that celebrates quality wines, curiosity, and community. It’s all about tasteful tastings! — learning, tasting, and enjoying together.
After working with , I decided to go solo and now proudly represent three incredible companies that I’ll be introducing in upcoming posts. Each one brings something unique to the table, and together, they help showcase the diversity of drink cultures I aim to share with Western New York and the Finger Lakes Region.

My neighbors in Elmwood Village — save the date Thursday, March 26th!
Join us at Funk & Fermentation for a special Mexican Wine Tasting celebrating the vibrant wines of Mexico and the spirit of supporting our community.
Mexico is so much more than Tequila and beer. It’s home to an exciting new generation of winemakers crafting expressive, high-quality wines. At this tasting, you’ll get to explore a few standout examples:
• Casa Jipi, created by the talented woman winemaker Lulu - Sauvignon Blanc & Nebbiolo
• Rosadito Rosé Cans, .mx refreshingly crisp and absolutely summer-ready
To make this event even more meaningful, I’m giving back. As an immigrant myself, so does everyone in this country, I want to support other immigrant families. For every bottle and every two cans sold, $1 will be donated to Justice for Migrant Families, a locally based nonprofit doing essential work in our community. You are more than welcome to make donations during the tasting.

We’re excited to announce our first artisanal Korean liquor tasting in Buffalo!
Join us for the ‘Korean Sool & Snack’ Tasting on Saturday, December 20th, from 2–5 PM at Caputi Wine & Liquor . “Sool” (술) is the Korean word for alcoholic beverages, also called “Ju.”

The featured liquors are imported by Woorisoul , a company founded by Master Sommelier Kyungmoon Kim—one of the few Koreans to hold this prestigious title. He has spent years curating the most exceptional artisanal Korean liquors.

Unlike typical green-bottle soju or large-scale rice brews, our sools represent authentic, handcrafted Korean alcohol. We are proud to be the sole importer offering true Korean sool in the US.
As a certified Korean Liquor Sommelier, I look forward to guiding you through the depths of authentic Korean alcoholic beverages.

Our first tasting event with and
Marta, the owner of Talisman Winsry, is visiting the Western New York area to share her passion and the story behind each wine produced by her husband, Scott.

As you may know, Talisman Winery is a boutique Sonoma-based winery, founded in 1993 by Scott and Marta Rich. They specialize exclusively in Pinot Noir, crafting wines that are true to their roots and express the distinct character of each vineyard site.

This tasting event is for trade professionals only. If you are a sommelier, beverage director, wine buyer, or owner of a restaurant or wine shop, you are welcome to join us for either the group tasting session or an individual tasting appointment.
