Perfectly light and balanced for a hot summer evening dinner.

Grill Mineo & Sapio Italian Sausage (we used our Italian w/ Hot Peppers)
Slice and Grill Peaches
Slice Red Onion
Chop Sausage and Peaches once grilled
Combine sausage, peaches, red onion, arugula and feta into a mixing bowl
Add balsamic glaze and toss
