Seeing customers coming into Ember Kitchen excited about our food are the moments that make all of the long days, planning meetings, construction dust, and behind-the-scenes work feel incredibly worth it.

We’re honored to have the opportunity to bring a fresh, chef-driven and hospitality-focused approach to corporate dining and catering to downtown Buffalo through Ember Kitchen and Café 257 inside Genesee Towers.

From the beginning, our goal has been simple: create quality food, genuine hospitality, and experiences people actually remember.
