Hello! I figured it was about time to reintroduce ourselves.

Maybe you’ve seen our pizza trailer around town, Maybe you’ve come across one of our supchef videos online. Or maybe your family or friends who have been cheering us on from the beginning.

My name is Alex, and I’ve spent most of my career working in professional kitchens, including some of America’s most prestigious kitchens. Over the last few years, I’ve been focused on creating Supchef recipe videos and building Supchef Pizza Co.

Late last year, we decided we wanted to create something special for our community—a place to grab great pizza, connect with people, and bring something new to Arcade. So, we took a leap of faith and bought a pizza trailer.

The support we’ve received so far has been incredible, and we’re genuinely grateful for every person who has stopped by, shared a post, or told a friend about us. Thank you.
