My heart is so full.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the official launch of El Sofrito de Ruthy. Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new supporters, giving out samples, and watching so many jars go home with you made this day more special than I could have imagined.

This dream started with a family recipe, but yesterday it became something our community embraced. Thank you for every purchase, every kind word, every hug, every share, and every person who stopped by to support a local small business.

One batch at a time.

Today was a big production day and seeing these containers lined up in the freezer made everything feel a little more real.

What started as a family recipe has become something I’m proud to share with my community. Every container is made with fresh peppers, onions, cilantro, and garlic, blended in small batches with the same care that has always gone into cooking for family.

The countdown is officially on.

This Friday I’ll be introducing El Sofrito de Ruthy at our Grand Launch and I can’t wait for everyone to taste it for themselves.

After months of planning, inspections, designing labels, finding the right commercial kitchen, and putting my heart into every step of this journey, I’m so excited to officially introduce El Sofrito de Ruthy!

This recipe started with my mom, Ruthy. She taught me that sofrito is the heart of so many meals. It brings family together, fills the kitchen with amazing aromas, and turns simple ingredients into something special. Today, I’m honored to share that same tradition with all of you.
