Everyone is staying pretty warm through this snowstorm that we’ve been having out here!

With the weather being sub zero and the wind being out of control, we have had to make some adjustments for how the animals are weathering. We’ve relocated a few water troughs to help with them freezing over, moved each herd around to pastures that are better suited for wind cover, and have fed each herd in multiple places to ensure that they always have access to feed.

Overall it’s been a pretty mild storm and the animals don’t seem to mind, so we are all happy here!

It was a great year. Full of blessings and lessons.

We end this year full of love for the new animals we added to the family:
Calypso, Gabby, Pillowtalk, Joly Roger, Davey Jones, and Black Pearl 🐐
Maverick, Spicy, Ghost, and Mahan 🐴
Peppa and Porky 🐷

Our hearts also ache for those that we lost this year also. Gus, Milo, and Kaya 🤍

We are so thankful for all of our guests who stayed with us this year, whether you came for a wedding, came for the day, or stayed with us for a week! We are grateful for every early morning conversation over coffee and every story on our horseback rides through the property.
We thank everyone for believing in us when we start new crazy hobbies.
All in all, thank you for making 2025 a great year. Here’s to 2026!

We have been having the best time decorating for Christmas, and have been so excited to open the Roadhouse for our last wedding of 2025!!!

The elves sure have been busy around here at the ranch! As we head into the weekend, we are also heading into our final wedding of 2025!
This is a wonderful reminder of how blessed we are as a family to celebrate these momentous occasions with our guests. Thankful.
