s to find out exactly what you think Buffalo's beer should taste like. After an entire year of voting and nearly 10,000 votes submitted, Buffalo wants a DUNKEL (Dark Lager). We're now in the process of formulating and brewing four different pilot variations of the chosen style. Once the pilot beers have been brewed, we'll be holding a final selection event where members of our taste testing panel will taste and vote on each of the four beers. At the end of the taste testing, whichever beer has been selected by the Buffalo community will become MyCity Brew’s flagship beer! You can earn your spot on our final selection event taste testing panel by signing up to be an ambassador on our website! After the beer has been selected, MyCity Brew will be locally contract brewed and available at restaurants, bars, and beer stops throughout WNY.
