Johnny’s Meats has been a Hertel Avenue landmark since 1960. We have been serving the North Buffalo community for 50 years, and pride ourselves on our dependable, considerate and individual service.
At Johnny’s Meats we carry a full line of beef, pork, veal, lamb and poultry. We also have a large assortment of cold cuts and cheeses, as well as many homemade salads.
Our specialty is our homemade Italian sausage made with our own secret blend of imported cheeses. We also carry a large selection of quality prepared cooked items that we sell in oven safe containers. All you have to do is heat and eat.

Marketing Intern Jenna Barone has been making it a priority to go for walks and get some fresh air every day, and on one walk hiked 5.5 miles to the Niagara Gorge!
Co-Founder Emily Morrow ordered The Grange Community Kitchen’s bake at home cinnamon buns and has been puzzling her life away. “Also coffee because I’m quarantining with an infant.”
Events Coordinator Elise Philipps took a free live barre class via Zoom with Buff & Flo. “It was really easy to access and the workout was great...I was feelin the burn 🔥”
Marketing Intern Danielle Stiegler got her hair braided by her roommate and local braider, @getypurbraidon! “Boredom got the best of us” 😂
Sales Rep Michael D. Morgante spent some time exploring #EvangolaStatePark, where they’re encouraging people enjoy the park while maintaining social distancing guidelines.
Creative Marketing Director Lauren Spoth picked up some meat from local butcher shop Johnnys Meat Market! “I called ahead to place our order, then showed up 10 minutes later to pick it up.” Check out that quarantine outfit tho 👀
Director of Sales Rick Fick is “keepin’ it simple” with his fresh growler fill from Consumers Beverages on Sheridan. He got Thin Man Brewery’s Paintin’ The Town Brown Ale and has been listening to lots of throwback records 🎶
