The time has come... We have Hogs going in April!! I know many have been asking when we will have pork again...IT IS TIME!! Purchase by the 1/2 or Whole. $2.25/lb hanging weight (about 100lbs hanging 1/2s). Processing is done at French Lake Butcher Shop. They have the absolute BEST brats and bacon, its insane!!
