So I found a random carboy in the basement - been sitting for over a year - I think it is the remaining "inferno furlough IPA" I brewed for the holiday valley beer and wine festival last year. Long story not so long I have decided to pitch roeselare from wyeast and give it another year to see what happens.

divided into two 5g's using American ale II wyeast and
SA-04 yeast (apparently I grabbed wrong package - was supposed to be SA-05 - oh well)
