Thank you Buffalo for the short time we had together. Although Covid prevented us to grow the way we wanted to, we appreciate everyone who came to our tasting and pop ups. We thank all of you for your support. We are in the process of moving to the DMV area and setting up shop in Maryland.

We announce today we are closing one chapter and starting a new one with our new concept called IMAIM.

This is inspired by my days living in Miami and enjoying the wonderful flavors from South America, Central America and the Caribbean. This new concept will feature street food from these regions and a Rum/Cachaca/Tequila bar. The menu will offer of course arepas, favorite street foods such as Choripan from Argentina, Pan De Chicharrón from Peru and Cubano from Cuba and so much more.
