We took last weekend off from classes, and we're kicking the 'summer' off how we usually do- with an Ice Cream Cone Cake Pop Decorating Class! There are ONLY 4 SPOTS LEFT if you want to spontaneously join us on Saturday morning, from 10-11am at the bakery. This class is the most beginner class we have, but arguably the absolute cutest.

The time has come, we are looking for a Production Baker/Decorator. PT 25-35 hrs per week. Must have Monday-Saturday 9-5pm availability. I'm looking for a personable, organized human being who would like to grow alongside our team, contribute to our creative side, and take ownership of baking production.

The unofficial start of summer means the unofficial beginnings of wedding season in Western New York!

Cake pops & decorated sugar cookies make up a large portion of our custom orders, but we are over here cranking out cakes & cupcakes for your showers and wedding desserts as well. Every week is different, so contact us for orders you think might be too last minute, we can usually create them for you!

We've started listing some decorating classes for the summer, including this OPEN DECORATING SESSION for the 4th of July! This means that when you sign up, you can come anytime in the allotted window listed to get started on decorating. This chocolate chip cookie cake can be decorated however you would like, and we'll be there along the way to show you whatever buttercream decorating technique you'd like.

The end of the school year often means more school group decorating classes! Monday afternoon we traveled to a BPS to decorate ice cream cone cake pops with some kiddos, and Tuesday morning some FACS high schoolers visited the bakery to learn buttercream flowers! Check out their amazing cakes! 🥰

What a fun, fun, FUN season of hockey! Such a pleasant surprise. Thank you for filling my heart with Sabres dessert joy & excitement. Thank you to everyone that came to NEW decorating classes! Thank you to everyone that went searching for the Round 1 dessert boxes. Thank you again to the small businesses that helped out by being hiding spots! Thank you to everyone that came out to the bakery to purchase themed Sabres desserts instead of just seeing if you'd win the giveaways. 💙💛🤍 My small business doesn't exist without YOU- go shop local to keep your favorite local shops going so we can thrive, have fun with the community, and give back!

Maybe we can continue hockey season this fall with new Sabres decorating classes and cheer!
