Bracioles are stuffed with our Meatball Mix (seasoned ground pork & beef mixture ), Hard boiled eggs, and your choice of Genoa Salami or Capicola wrapped in a pork or beef Braciola cutlet. They’re tied up and ready to be cooked in your homemade sauce!

This is truly the Best Ever Italian Sausage Stuffing recipe. It is my mom’s decades old recipe that has been on our table every Thanksgiving. The stuffing includes sausage, onion, celery and fresh herbs.
