**Sweet Chilli Salmon Lettuce Wraps** đ„Źđâš
**Ingredients:**
* 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
* 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp sesame oil
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
* 1 tbsp lime juice
* 1 tbsp honey (optional for extra sweetness)
* Butter or romaine lettuce leaves (for wraps)
* 1 small cucumber, julienned
* 1 carrot, shredded
* 2 green onions, sliced
* Fresh cilantro or mint (for garnish)
* Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
**Instructions:**
1. **Marinate the Salmon:**
In a small bowl, mix sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and honey. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets and let them marinate for 10â15 minutes.
2. **Cook the Salmon:**
Heat a nonstick pan or grill over medium heat. Cook salmon for 4â5 minutes per side, until flaky and caramelized. Let it rest for a few minutes, then flake it into bite-sized pieces.
3. **Assemble the Wraps:**
Lay out lettuce leaves. Add a few pieces of flaked salmon, cucumber, carrot, and green onion. Drizzle a little extra sweet chilli sauce on top.
4. **Garnish & Serve:**
Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds. Roll or fold the lettuce and enjoy fresh!
**Tip:** These wraps pair beautifully with jasmine rice or a chilled Asian cucumber salad on the side.
