My name is Laura and I am a medical student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. I began making cakes the morning of my 17th birthday and since then, I've learned a number of different techniques, as well as how to make macarons and other baked good. My brother, Rick, joined on a few years later with his great cooking abilities and we added the catering into the mix.

Our Story

My name is Laura and I recently graduated from Binghamton University where I majored in mathematical physics, mathematics, and biology. The morning of my 17th birthday I decided that I wanted to make a cake, but not just a simple one with some frosting on top, something special. That's when it all began. A few months later I decided to try fondant and from there Eureka Cake was born. My brother, Rick, joined on a few years later with his great cooking abilities and we added the catering into the mix.
