The Filipa Pato ‘3B’ Brut Nature Rosé is a vibrant, biodynamic sparkling rosé from Portugal’s Bairrada region, crafted by winemaker Filipa Pato and her husband William Wouters. The name “3B” represents the Bairrada region, the Baga grape, and the Bical grape.
This sparkler is medium bodied with aromas of raspberry, strawberry and watermelon. The palate has a cool fresh salinity and rich bubbles with a hint of yeast! A super fun wine for those natural wine lovers!

From right here in Western New York, we are delighted to introduce Ria’s Wines. Established in 2022, Ria D’Aversa and Mike Penn began crafting wines from 40-year-old vines, driven by a passion for cool-climate wine regions. Drawing on their experience working in Europe, New Zealand, and California, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their winemaking. Through a commitment to transparency and minimal intervention, they strive to create wines that authentically express both vineyard and vintage.

This 2025 estate-grown blend from Seneca Lake is made with 45% Vidal Blanc and 55% Cayuga White. Aromas of fresh mint, pear, green apple, and white flowers lead into a smooth palate with notes of baked pear and subtle hazelnut. Balanced acidity brings freshness and carries through to a clean, generous finish. It is made with regeneratively farmed grapes, fermented with spontaneous yeast, and finished with only the minimal effective amount of SO₂.

We’ve been expanding our mezcal selection, and we just can’t get enough! 🌵We recently welcomed these two beautiful bottles from Mal Bien.

Since 2016, Mal Bien has partnered with exceptional small-scale producers across Mexico, showcasing authentic, traditionally made mezcals that celebrate the people, places, and craftsmanship behind every bottle.

✨Mal Bien Espadín
Produced by Lucio Morales Lopez in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca, this mezcal opens with aromas of roasted meat, ground corn, and pine tar. On the palate, expect notes of leather, caramelized banana, and barley.

✨Mal Bien Tobaxiche
Crafted by Victor Ramos and his son Emanuel—the third and fourth generations of their family to produce mezcal in Oaxaca’s renowned Miahuatlán District. Made from wild Tobaxiche (Agave karwinskii), the agave is slow-roasted in underground pit ovens, crushed by ox-drawn tahona, naturally fermented with open-air yeasts, and double distilled in copper stills.

The result is a distinctive mezcal that beautifully reflects the region’s rich tradition and unique terroir.
