“Thank you” isn’t even close to capturing the amount of gratitude we have for everyone that supported our event yesterday.
Not only did we get to celebrate this chapter but we were also able to officially announce:
Seham’s Suppers will allow us to operate as a “no waste” kitchen. At close, we will box any unsold dishes to go and deliver them to Harbor House, where Seham worked. They host 40 people per night, and this will give us the opportunity to give a warm, home cooked meal, while continuing Seham’s legacy.
 The Salvatore “Sammy” Pezzino IV Memorial Fund is an open donate fund managed by ECC. Anyone is able to deposit funds, and we will make weekly contributions. The funds will be available to ECC culinary students for emergency needs (books, lunch, tuition, car repairs) that will keep them on track with journey to graduation. ECC staff will manage and distribute funds, and all recipients have the opportunity to cook with us to acquire hands on experience.
