A year ago, we took a leap of faith and opened Northland Butchery. Looking back, we’re filled with gratitude for every single person who’s trusted us with their animals and supported our small business along the way. From day one, our promise has been to deliver honest work, quality cuts, and the cleanest facility around.

Northland Butchery - Inspired by my grandfather’s shop, Northland Cold Storage, est. 1988. Growing up, I watched him work hard with integrity and dedication, building a reputation for quality and a commitment to this community. Today, I’m incredibly proud to carry his values forward. Naming the shop Northland was an easy decision.
Here’s to honoring the past while forging our own future.
