We’re at the Woodstock Farmers Market until 1 today!

What a better way to get ready for Cinco de Mayo, than grilling up our new Taco Brats and topping them with local favorites like Deerland Dairy Sour Cream and Prairie Pure Cheese, LLC Cheddar Cheese, and washing it down with some Cow Valley Creamery Whole Milk. In addition to our regular whole milk, we have our chocolate whole milk available today - it was bottles fresh this morning! (thank your dairy farmer, he was up at 1am to start the bottling process so we could have chocolate milk for Memorial Day Weekend!)

Our brown cows have been hard at work the last few days making our delicious chocolate milk! Freshly bottled this morning.

You can always find our milk at Bull Valley Farm and at the Woodstock Farmers Market! Don't forget the last indoor market is tomorrow, Saturday April, 27th! We'll be at the Rush-Mar Farms booth - Stop by and see us!

We have a small (but mighty) herd of dairy cows here at Cow Valley Creamery. We currently have 6 cows that supply ALL of the milk we bottle and sell. Follow along with us as we introduce our herd to you all.

It only seems appropriate that Slushee is up first, as she just had a little bull calf last Thursday. Slushee is one of our Jersey Cows and she is almost 5 years old. We think her crooked jaw makes her even cuter and pairs well with her friendly demeanor - but don’t worry, it doesn’t bother her or impact her eating and drinking.
